Terms and Conditions

All goods will remain the property of Carpet Central until paid for in full, We will contact you by phone or email to arrange your delivery, should you miss your delivery slot there will be a charge of £15 for any re delivery

Please note colour shades can vary depending on your computer resolution.

Delivery is only available to local areas please see delivery page,

It is your duty to inspect items on delivery, by signing our delivery note you are accepting the goods in perfect order.

Any damaged goods will be replaced with a new item free of charge on a like for like basis

Any cost for returns (other than damaged goods) will be paid for and will be arranged by the buyer after giving notice of reason for return to Carpet Central by email to sales@carpetcentral.co.uk

Only damaged goods will be classed as a valid reason for return.

All goods must be returned in its original packaging and be securely bound.

All refunds will be paid by cheque or PayPal within 5 days of us receiving the returned product into our warehouse.

We agree to abide by the law governing England and Wales and to uphold your statutory rights.
